The Leader of Nottingham City Council has condemned this morning’s attack at a church in Nice, France
Councillor David Mellen said: “My thoughts are with the friends and families of these victims, whose lives have been taken in a senseless act of violence.
“Attacks like this, which lead to the loss of innocent people, shock us all. They also bring into sharp focus the need for us all to respect each other’s beliefs and values.Nottingham stands against hate and prejudice and we stand together with France.”
