A new tender opportunity for consultants to work with five Local Economic Partnerships (LEPs) across the East Midlands and South East Midlands has been highlighted today.
Consultancy work is needed to provide additional capacity and expertise for the design of a fund which will benefit growth businesses across the area.
It is hoped that the fund will be designed with sufficient flexibility to take account of localised market variation whilst still achieving a significant impact.
Those chosen to undertake the work will assist in the development of a detailed model incorporating fund design, fund delivery, management and governance arrangements, and sufficiently robust to allow the LEPs to subsequently engage in a Block 2 Ex-Ante Assessment process. An early implementation of the solution is also important.
