Labour has held on to three City Council seats following the by-elections which took place yesterday (Thursday 19 October).
Nick Raine was elected as a City Councillor for the Basford ward while Georgia Power was elected in Bestwood and Cheryl Barnard in Bulwell Forest.
The political makeup of the City Council remains at:
- 51 Labour councillors
- 3 Conservative councillors
- 1 Independent
