City Council Offices

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Libraries

All libraries are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Nottingham Central Library, Bulwell Riverside, Hyson Green and St Ann’s Valley libraries will be open at all other times.

Community libraries will be closed from Christmas Eve to Thursday 2 January.

Heritage sites

Wollaton Park is open at all times. Wollaton Hall is open at all times apart from Christmas Day

Newstead Abbey is closed on Christmas Day. On all other days, All other days, grounds open 10am to 4pm, house 12midday to 4pm (last entry 3pm), Café 11am to 4pm.

Green’s Windmill is closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 30 December, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Leisure Centres

All leisure centres are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Bin collections

Wednesday 25 December bins will be collected on Tuesday 24 December

Thursday 26 December bins will be collected on Friday 27 December

Friday 27 December bins will be collected on Saturday 28 December

Wednesday 1 January bins will be collected on Thursday 2 January

Thursday 2 January bins will be collected on Friday 3 January

Friday 3 January bins will be collected on Saturday 4 January
