A free breakfast meeting aims to help small and medium sized businesses across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire increase their use of digital marketing and increase their return on investment.
The free event on Wednesday 8 March, aimed at SMEs and being delivered by Nottingham City Council and the D2N2 Growth Hub in partnership with Hallam Internet, is funded through the European Regional Development Fund.
It’s a chance for local businesses to speak to industry experts and get practical advice about digital marketing tactics and is great for those who are new to digital marketing or who want to ensure they make the most of their investment in it.
Nottingham is a city which has a great track record of attracting new and cutting edge enterprises, including those which specialise in and make significant use of digital technology but for some more traditional and smaller start-up businesses it can feel like digital marketing is an unfamiliar or expensive option.
The continued growth of the city depends on making sure that those who need it most are able to access support to help them make the most of emerging digital opportunities.
From 8am to 11am the team at Hallam will be engaging in lively and practical discussions about how to build successful digital campaigns, as well as sharing their expertise with live business reviews.
The first part of the morning will consist of presentations from Hallam consultants, who will be offering their expertise on a range of areas within digital marketing. Experts will be delivering a practical session, outlining top digital tactics and metrics to meet SME needs. The discussion will also focus on tools that can aid in building successful digital campaigns and increase return on investment.
Attendees will also be offered the unique opportunity to have their websites assessed live by Hallam’s professionals in alive business review, during the second part of the event. Hallam specialists will then be able to offer feedback and practical advice on how the participants’ sites can be optimised for search engines and conversion.
Managing Director Susan Hallam said “Hallam are very excited to provide this unique opportunity for businesses. We’re a company with a lot of knowledge and experience within digital marketing, and want to pass on our expertise and advice to help push digital development for our attendees.”
Bookings are taken via marketing@hallaminternet.com. The free event is limited to 35 attendees, and is available for one representative per company. For further information, please visit: https://www.hallaminternet.com/event/d2n2-digital-workshop-nottingham/
