We’re proud to have worked with Sustrans East Midlands to get these beautiful benches installed on NCN6 of the National Cycle Network on the River Leen corridor in Basford.
The benches honour amazing local people including Sheku Kanneh-Mason, Emily Campbell and Karl White.
The national portrait bench scheme features 30 figures and are being installed on 14 of the most popular cycle paths across the National Cycle Network in recognition of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee year thanks to funding from the Department for Transport.
