Nottingham City Council will soon be carrying out planned resurfacing work on Torvill Drive in Wollaton to ensure it remains safe for all road users.

The work will be taking place from the junction of Far Rye to the junction of Bolero Close. Work will begin on Monday 5 June and is expected to take around ten working days to complete, between 8am and 4pm.

During the work Torvill Drive will be open to through traffic with temporary traffic lights in operation, so extra time should be allowed for journeys. Access to side streets will be restricted at times. Temporary bus stops will also be erected in the immediate vicinity while the works are underway.

In advance of the works, letters have been sent to local residents in the area and information boards put in place.

Nottingham City Council apologise for any inconvenience caused during these works.
