Nottingham City Council Leader, Councillor David Mellen, has responded to the news that a suspected terror attack took place at London Bridge earlier today:
“The details of exactly what happened in London today are still unclear but sadly it appears that two members of the public have died in the incident and a number of others have been injured. Our thoughts and sympathies are with all those who have been affected.
“Whatever the circumstances or motivation for what happened, we all stand together against violence and will not let senseless acts of terror divide people or our communities.”
